WHO WE ARE
Aloha! Let us introduce ourselves. We are Elizabeth and Payman, with a combined 13 years of coffee experience between us. We have worked as baristas, roasters, consultants, coffee farmers, and coffee processors. We have been a part of multiple award winning coffees in the Kona region of Hawaii. We own and operate 2 roasters, a 10 kg Mill City Roaster, and a Roest L100. We also manage a farm with 3 unique varietals: Kona Typica, SL34, and Geisha. We both love coffee and hope to share our passion with all of you through Hawaiian GOAT Coffee.

With our expertise in farm management, we’ll work alongside you to ensure every plant is nurtured to reach its full potential. Our hands-on guidance includes everything from selecting ideal planting sites to optimizing growth and harvesting practices, tailored to Kona’s unique climate and terrain.
