Cascara Tea 3oz

Cascara comes from the Spanish word for "husk" or "shell". The fruit of the coffee cherry is dried and cured after the seed (Coffee Bean) has been removed. What is left is a Tea that is sweet, floral, fruity, and with a citrus twist. It has a quarter amount of caffeine as a cup of coffee and a lot of antioxidants. Enjoy this Tea in a tea strainer, steeped at 200° F for 5 minutes, at ratio of 8 grams of Tea to 12 ounces of water.
