Kona Mokka - Fruit Dried 4oz

Kona Mokka is a very special Coffee. In 2022, when we worked with Kraig Lee, we hand picked these tiny - peppercorn size coffee cherries, then we developed a fermentation method utilizing yeast and other special ingredients, undergoing a carbonic maceration for 48 hours, and then hand sorted by us before being submitted to the 2022 Kona Coffee Cultural Cupping Competition. And guess what? We won. Kraig Lee won First place in the Classic Division, beating other Kona Coffee Farms (like Geisha Coffees). Now this coffee is no longer picked and processed by us, but it is just as good as that award winning lot. Because of the extremely labor intensive coffee, we will only be selling this in 4oz increments. Roasted to order as always. 100% Kona Coffee.
