What makes Peaberry Coffee special? 95% of coffee cherries produce 2 seeds (Coffee Beans), and only a few produce only one single seed per cherry. This allows that seed to receive all the nutrients, thus becoming more complex in flavor, and more evenly roasted. This 100% Kona Coffee is produced by our good friend Kraig Lee at 1600 ft elevation in Holualoa.
